Hi! I'm Katie Grimes 


I've been through some sh*t. I've also had moments where I nearly peed my pants I was laughing so hard. All of it has led me here, having you read this. 

I had NO idea that the breakups, the friendships ending, the debt, the job losses, the assault, finding out my parents had been through some sh*t...all of it would mold me into the woman I am today. Someone who has found her purpose in life. 


I started coaching 10 years after a woman, who is a coach and mentor to me taught me how to love myself and I was able to ride the up's and down's of life a heck of a lot of easier than before.


I promised her I'd teach others how to do the same. From my journey in 12 step recovery to hiring coaches, mentors, taking various certifications and living life...it's my honor and privilege to be a safe & trusted person for you as you learn that your feelings matter, your voice matters, and that YOU MATTER.
