Kayla Licari

Kayla offers years of experience as a practitioner to help you learn how to support your body to make your business feel energizing instead of draining. After leaving a full time career as a physician assistant to spend more time with her husband and 3 kids, she dove deeply into mastering the inner workings of the body to help herself and coaching clients address chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, addictive habits, and unhealthy relationship patterns. By gently teaching you how to take control of your body, she will help you thrive in building your career while strengthening your relationships the way you’ve always dreamed of.
